John E. Beresh, MD
I am a native Cincinnatian of over 40 years. Having had surgery at a young age and seeing those close to me benefit from the hands of physician, I have always desired to help others.  Doing pain management allows me to see the improvements in patients lives.  Growing up in Cincinnati, I enjoyed playing many sports and partaking in outdoor activities.  Now, after being married for 9 years and having three wonderful children, I get to watch them blossom into young adults.

Ashley Fields, CNP
Ashley was born and raised in Oxford, Ohio.  Prior to joining the team at Beresh Pain Management, she work in Oncology/Hematology for 9 years.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children.  In her free time, you will find her cheering on her kids at their sporting events and riding her horses

Stefani Gartenman, CNP
Originally from West Chester, Ohio  Prior to joining Beresh Pain Management, she worked as a registered nurse in the emergency department and critical care transport for 10 years.  Most recently she worked as a nurse practitioner at a pain management in Springfield, Ohio.  She currently resides in Miamisburg with her husband, 2 children and 2 dogs.  In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends.  On Saturdays she loves watching college football.  Go Buckeyes!

Heidi Schindler, DNP, APRN, ACNP-BC
Heidi Schindler is a Doctorally prepared Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in emergency medicine, correctional healthcare, pain management, and nursing education. She brings extensive clinical experience and a passion for patient-centered care to the Beresh Pain Management team. In addition to her clinical work, Heidi has a strong interest in teaching and mentoring future healthcare professionals, emphasizing the importance of compassionate, evidence-based practice. Outside of work, she enjoys being a Mom, boxing, traveling, and staying active through a variety of fitness activities.
 
 
 

Miranda Hodge, CNP
Miranda was born in Okinawa, Japan military child. Raised in Okeana, Ohio. Prior to joining the team at Beresh Pain Management, she worked as primary care provider. Her nursing career specialized in Surgery General acute and trauma at UC, dialysis and Intermediate cardiac care. She enjoys spending time with her 3 children. In her free time, you will find her outdoors hiking, swimming, boating and or at sporting events with her kids.
